Cash, checks, Venmo, and HSA cards are accepted forms of payment.
Fees are determined based on treatment services requested. If financial hardship interferes with your ability to pay for treatment, a sliding scale may be offered. Sliding scale fees are based on your gross family income and the number of dependents you support on that income. Sliding scale appointments are limited so please let me know your circumstances when you call to schedule your first appointment.

Insurance benefits must be verified before we begin treatment so I am aware of the specific details of your plan. I will need your full name, date of birth, and insurance ID number to collect this information. Please note that you may have a deductible that needs to be satisfied before insurance covers your sessions.
Out of Network Benefits
Many insurance companes are willing to provide partial reimbursement for services provided by out of network providers. If you have health insurance with mental health coverage, I will provide you with a receipt so you can submit it to your insurance company for reimbursement.
An appointment is a mutual commitment and it reserves a specifc time for you. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify me at least 48 hours in advance. Otherwise, all missed appointment are charged full fee.
